Christopher Haines,
CEO & Founder, Speaker, Educator, Former School Administrator, Former HR professional & Entrepreneur
Christopher is a speaker, entrepreneur, and educator with a diverse background in education leadership and human resources. A former school administrator and human resources professional, he has served students and communities across New Jersey, California, and Texas.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Christopher understands firsthand the importance of overcoming challenges to pursue excellence. His experiences growing up shaped his passion for service, leadership, and education.
Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Penn State University. While pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree from Widener University, he worked as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional in New Jersey. During this time, he also served as a human resources professional for the City of Philadelphia.
He later moved to San Francisco, where he continued his public service as a human resource analyst for the City of San Francisco before transitioning back into education as a high school special education teacher. Christopher spent four years teaching in the San Francisco public school system, supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Committed to instructional excellence and leadership, Christopher was accepted into the University of Houston, where he earned his Principal of Instructional Leadership certification while teaching special education in the Houston public schools. He went on to serve as an assistant principal and Dean of Instruction in the Houston area. Christopher also holds a certificate in Project Management and AI.
Christopher formed Haines Directive and as CEO he is deeply committed to lifelong learning and is driven by a calling to educate, uplift, and serve others. He finds great joy in developing himself, empowering others, and supporting communities through leadership and education.
